Refund Eligibility
At Ghani’s Mart, we want to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase from our 30+ categories. You may request a refund if:
You received a damaged or defective product.
The wrong item was delivered to your doorstep.
The product is unused, unwashed, and remains in its original condition with all packaging intact.
Request Timeline
7-Day Window: All refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:
Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
Items showing signs of damage caused by the customer.
Products returned without their original tags or packaging.
Items purchased during a Clearance or Flash Sale (unless defective).
The Refund Process
Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned goods (e.g., Fashion, Tools, or Home decor), we will notify you of the status.
Method: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing speed.
Return Shipping
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (defective or incorrect item).

Exchange Policy
