 Refund Eligibility

At Ghani’s Mart, we want to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase from our 30+ categories. You may request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • The wrong item was delivered to your doorstep.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and remains in its original condition with all packaging intact.

 Request Timeline

  • 7-Day Window: All refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Requests submitted after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered.

  • Items showing signs of damage caused by the customer.

  • Products returned without their original tags or packaging.

  • Items purchased during a Clearance or Flash Sale (unless defective).

 The Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

  • Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned goods (e.g., Fashion, Tools, or Home decor), we will notify you of the status.

  • Method: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

 Processing Time

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing speed.

 Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (defective or incorrect item).

  • Safe Transit: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

 Exchange Policy

  • If you simply need a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, we offer direct exchanges. Reach out to our support team to arrange a swap.
